Design:
Neatwood Homes can offer a comprehensive design service,
from proposal to full planning drawings and building control
applications. In most cases a small fee is charged for this
service which is fully refundable against your order for the
Timber Frame Package.
You can choose one of our standard designs from the Neatwood
Homes Design Gallery or we can use your own design
and we can amend existing drawings to suit your requirements.
Also we can give you assistance
in creating your own design.

dream home. A package can be structured to
suit your exact requirements.
Quotation :
All quotations are free, each quotation includes a
detailed and comprehensive breakdown of most items, ( See price guide
for example ). Budget Quotations are done when the
information supplied is not precise.
A detailed Specification being vary precise about the
inclusions and the items included for supply and erect or supply only
are included.
Structural Package :
All Items supplied by Neatwood Homes Comply with the
requirements of the N.H.B.C
All Structural Timbers are kiln dried, stress graded and
vacuum pressure treated with preservative.
Soleplates :
Pre-cut soleplates with DPC and metal fixings including nails.
All Soleplates adjusted in thickness and width to suit the design.
Ground Floor :
Fully Suspended Timber Floors or Joists supported by
sleeper walls including insulation support and insulation to suit.
Choice of solid Timber Joists, I beams or Posi Joist.
Floating Floor :
Insulation, Polythene membrane and moisture resistant
chipboard T & G 4 Edges 18mm 0r 22mm thickness.
