External walls :
Prefabricated external wall panels are load bearing and
structurally designed by an engineer, they form the superstructure
and carry all roof loadings ect., they can be direct clad
with Weather boarding, Tile hanging or traditional
Skin or Block,
Brick or Stone ect. All wall panels are clad with conditioned OSB, Clad with
breather paper fixed with polythene
straps and stainless steel staples. Wall Thickness can be
90mm, 140mm or 194mm Timbers.
Note all junction studs are factory fitted. Standard height
of wall panels = 2415 mm given a finished ceiling
height of 2400mm, a range of other ceiling heights can be
accommodated.
Internal Partitions :
All Internal Partitions are prefabricated from 38mm x
90mm timber, load bearing were required and included one horizontal
noggin mid height, Junction studs are also prefabricated.
Gable
Panels :
Gable wall panels are prefabricated and their wall
thickness made to suit your design.
HeadBinders :
All Headbinders are pre-cut to suit.
First Floor Joists :
Pre-cut floor Joist, trimmers, beams, solid blockings and
herringbone strutting all designed to suit spacing, span
and floor loadings. Starter strips to suit. Moisture
resistant V313 chipboard decking tongue & grooved all 4 edges,
Thickness to suit current building Regs and design. All metal
fixings included.
Engineered joists available i.e. I beams & Posi Joists.
