The following prices are approximate and are only a guide for you to arrive
at a budget cost for the supply
and erection of a Timber Frame
Package.

The above prices are approximate, to calculate a Budget Price for your building you must multiply the
prices by the total floor area of your proposed building, this should include ground, 1st and 2nd floor and any
other living area.

We would be happy to do a detailed quotation on receipt of approved detailed
planning drawings, or we provide a
design service to draw up plans
and submit them for planning approval.
This service is free of charge
provided you purchase the Timber Frame Package from Neatwood Homes Ltd.
There is an initial fee to
cover cost of drawings which is refundable against the purchase of Package.
Payment Terms :
10% Deposit with order
(plus VAT if package is supply only),
balance paid by two bills of Exchange 28 Days
after commencement of delivery.
First Bill Of Exchange :
Payment represents what we
define as the (First Package Delivery), all components to complete the
structural
shell ready for Felt & Battening
of roof, this will allow the tilling of roof to commence.
Once in the dry then the insulation and
plasterboard can be delivered at your request.
Second Bill Of Exchange :
Payment covers all Internal
Joinery items .e.g. Sillboards, Internal Door sets, Architrave, Skirting, Stairs and all
Ironmongery etc. This is known
as the 2nd package, call off to suit your build programme.
VAT will be added were
applicable at rates ruling at time of invoice.
Approx delivery 6-8 weeks from
date of order. (Current lead times on application)
